I have a story in Catholic Transcript magazine about my journey on the Camino de Santiago last fall. I walked the Portuguese Central route from Porto, Portugal, to Santiago, Spain, where the remains of St. James rest in an ancient cathedral. My pilgrimage — 150 miles in 10 days — was inspired by my work as Communications Director for Catholic Charities Archdiocese of Hartford, which also inspired my recent conversion to Catholicism.
