Pam McCarty's memoir, GRACE FOR GRIEF, A MOTHER'S JOURNEY OF LOVE AND LOSS, releases July 7, 2026. The book tells of losing her 20-year-old daughter to a tragic accident. She was a lobbyist in the TN legislature passing a bill to strengthen hit and run laws with a bill that carries her daughter's name. As a grief counselor, she has a Grace group for parents that have lost children. She speaks locally and nationally to bereavement groups returning to Pittsburg this summer for National Bereavement conference. She lives in Jackson with her husband, Mike.
